Lallana signs new Brighton contract

Brighton have announced a one-year contract extension for veteran midfielder Adam Lallana.
The English national team midfielder moved to play with Brighton in the 2020-2021 season after being successful with Liverpool for free. And has played 74 games with the “Seagulls” and scored 4 goals, with the new contract ending in mid-2024.
“Knowing that the club wants us to stay with the team is very touching. And I want to be part of this team,” said Lallana.
Brighton are in seventh place in the Premier League this season and they are in full throttle of playing in European clubs next season. In which they have 14 games left in hand to collect points.
For this 32-year-old footballer, he moved from Southampton to live with Liverpool. In July 2014, for £25m, he made 178 appearances for the Reds.
