Juventus new signing Gefren Thuram is delighted to have achieved his dream of joining the Turin giants. Which is also the former club of his father Lilian Thuram.

The 23-year-old has agreed a deal to join the Bianconeri. With the Italian giants paying Nice €20m plus €600,000 in add-ons, on a deal until 2029.

“I have dreamed of working with Juventus since I was a little boy. So I am very grateful and happy for this special day.” Thuram told the club’s website.UFABET

“I remember when my dad played at the Stadio delle Alpi, I remember pictures of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. I live with these things and think my brother is the best in the world.”

“My father spoke of Juve as the greatest club in Italy. He considered it the greatest club in the world and when you come to Juventus you have to play to win.”

Di Marzio recently reported that Juventus are preparing an offer of around €15-18 million to buy the 23-year-old midfielder from the French team. Which is not considered high because the player’s contract with the team only ends in 2025.

However, in addition to Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan are also interested.

Thuram moved from Monaco to Nice in 2019 and has made 167 appearances for the team, scoring 9 goals and providing 12 assists.
